Oh great! I've been trying a bit of yoga in the evenings and I've definitely been impressed with feeling more stretched and flexible. I was quite sceptical to start with!

I’ve been doing yoga for the last seven months and I have noticed it has made a real difference to flexibility and core strength. Certainly worth doing if you have the time.

That’s great- similarly, I do some Pilates exercises & stretches pre- run - it makes quite a difference. 😄
