Can I damage my testicles by mild massaging/checking for potential problems?
I've had some lower right abdomen, for some time now. I've had some problems with bowels movement, but I started to suspect it might actually be one of my testicles. I think it is actually a back pain problem, it is such a vague pain I can't even tell exactly where I have it. It doesn't matter. What

Broad complex tachycardia
Has anyone experienced broad complex tachycardia on a 24 holter ? Should I be worried? GP has requested an echo! I had two episodes that lasted less than 3 seconds and no symptoms other than felt them. GP said my HR went to 146bpm. The rest was normal sinus rhythm. Feeling a bit stressed with it all

Flecainide and Metoprolol Combo Have Stopped Working
I've been a member for a while, but have never posted before. Quite suddenly these drugs stopped working and I am now in constant Atrial Flutter. I am on a

Constant panic attacks
Hi everyone hope your well haven’t posted in a while, I’m suffering with unbearable panic attacks and constant anxious! I had a very bad experience last week where I collapsed in pain in my chest and couldn’t breathe. Went to hospital but was told wasn’t a heart attack I’ve been struggling to breath

My Apple watch
I have been extremely surprised today when I saw my EP at the hospital. My watch was recording that I had AF and I felt dizzy and breathless. However my ECG tracing in the hospital recorded that I was in sinus rhythm. I have always trusted my watch but now in shock as it doesn’t seem very accurate.

Calf pain
Hey so I've been doing C25k for 6 weeks now and was due to run the last leg of W6 this morning, but I didn't because my left calf is in pain. It is very sore and feels tight (kinda always do tbh!) it's ok-ish to walk on but I didn't want to run risk of further injury by running non stop for 25 minutes

Second heart operation
Hi my partner is waiting for a second heart operation. He had a valve repaired aged 18 the Ross procedure and done incredibly well off it. He has now been told its leaking is getting to much and will need a reoperation with 2 years. We have a 5 year daughter. Has anyone been through this?

Cancer Research UK
Hi everyone! I mentioned this in the Daily Diary today that I'm doing 56 miles of walking and running in February to raise money for Cancer Research UK. I was (and still am) very anxious about asking for donations but I thought there's no harm in putting the link out there - even if no one donates, I'm

Any advice welcome.
Hi, is there anyone like me that when diagnosed with heart failure had to lose over 100lbs in weight? Would love to hear tips for how to get safely started with exercise. I'm worried as I am so inactive that any form of exercise is going to make me worse as my anxiety is also bad at present.

Long-term Warfarin use and arterial calcification?
I've recently become aware that arterial calcification is a risk with warfarin use. I've been taking a high dose of warfarin for nearly 20 years to keep my artificial heart valve ticking away. My INR needs to be between 3 and 4 so I typically take in the order of 8 to 10mg daily. I wondered if anyone
