I've had some lower right abdomen, for some time now. I've had some problems with bowels movement, but I started to suspect it might actually be one of my testicles. I think it is actually a back pain problem, it is such a vague pain I can't even tell exactly where I have it. It doesn't matter. What I want to know is, can I possibly damage my testicles by checking them? I checked my cord in fear of being a testicle torison, I was gentle, but I did it a couple of times. I want to know in case I damaged something there, I'd feel the pain right away, right? Is it possible to damage the area and overtime pain to occur? I have no pain in the testicle, I've never had, I was just overthinking it, probably like I do it now. I am scared that I might've made damage by touching my testicle constantly.

Can I damage my testicles by mild massaging/checking for potential problems?
I wouldn’t think that you could damage anything unless you are very rough. I would still get your pains checked by a doctor. Better safe than sorry.
It is a good idea to check teste's regularly to feel for abnormalities. Just very gentle pressure feel around the balls for lumps. Don't squeeze.
During sport we can get kicked and accidentally groped, but I've never heard of lasting damage from such events. I once ran into the edge of a gate in my teens and split the scrotum, causing a cut. Neither testicle was directly affected but the tubules might have been damaged. Seemingly not, as I've been lucky enough a few years on to father two wonderful children (now in their 40s), so, whilst I know the feeling of tenderness and vulnerability, I think nature manages to do wonders to protect future generations!
