Hi I'm new here
Hi, I'm hoping to get some answers. I'm worried I may have ovarian cancer but I also have anxiety. But I've been having bloating and gas feeling in my stomach with pressure in my pelvic area. Also heartburn and what I thought was acid reflux but when I recently had a barium swallow done, they didn't

Emotionally exhausted
Just finished a hellishly long last 5 day working week. It started with a mental health nurse appointment where I broke down after agreeing to counselling but not anti depressants after discussing the destruction of my career, life, health, energy by endo and my fear of this high risk op. Then worked

Nervous stomach
I'm starting to realize I have a nervous stomach. The crazy butterflies/ sinking feeling is annoying. It just happens out of nowhere. When I had the barium swallow done today, the specialist said everything looked fine but I will get my results back tomorrow. He did mention that if I had acid reflux,

Barium swallow
Good Evening Everyone. Has anyone ever had a barium swallow done? I'm having one done in the morning. A little nervous but ready to feel myself again. I drove to my psychologist appointment alone today and I was not scared or anything. I didn't even feel fear or think about fear when I left home nor

My family says they see improvement in me and it's making everyone so Happy but why do I feel so weird a little still? I don't think I can forget about anxiety and derealization and blah blah blah. Has anyone ever fully moved on from it? Also, I had a chest xray done... Everything was normal. Now I have

Hydrotherapy so excited
Pathetic. I am actually excited that I have found a complimentary therapy that feels good and actually works, lovely lovely warm water, resistance jets to help build back muscle tone all with a physio. Oh bliss. Hubby did point out that as three sessions a week are recommended ( can't afford more than

My dermatologist recommended isotretinoin, is this the same as Roaccutane?
A few of you recommended Roaccutane to me to stop my acne due to endo. My dermatologist has recommended isotretinoin, is this the same thing? Or if not has anyone had any experience with it? Thanks!

Magnesium Malate
Has anyone tried magnesium malate for their fibro. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and feel so much better, but interested to hear if anyone else has had good results with it. Pain, fatigue and anxiety have been greatly reduced. Hoping this will last long term.

FUROSEMIDE
Hi, I've suffered with COPD for sometime and always thought I was good at managing it, however I was recently told that I was having an uninflected flair up, after three weeks of steroids I now have some fluid in my lungs and very bad oedema to both ankles and legs, the GP put me on 40mg FUROSEMIDE daily

MRI scan very very noisy and had issues about ear plugs.
I went for MRI scan to look into my inner ear yesterday and after wards my hyperacusis was louder. I went home and could hear all the different banging, clanging and thudding sounds of the machine all night long in my bed. I knew beforehand there was a risk so I took my own ear plugs which were superior

Anything new with the EF? Some days I get so fed up with this pain and it feels to be progressing more and more. It makes me so depressed but I fight it. I don't even feel comfortable talking to my NP anymore. Being the fact that I will be like this for the rest of my life and on pain meds for life.

Cut the grass
It's only a little patch but I didn't think I could manage it, it was very long too. However I did and it got easier as I progressed. I had to have quite a few rests. Now, an hour later, I feel much better than this morning. When I was in the Brompton for a week and really doing nothing my blood pressure

Hello everyone, hope you are all having a relatively good day today. I've not been here for a while as I've been in rather a dark place where things just become overwhelming. Apart from that I had a bad dose of laryngitis which lingered for what seemed like an eternity and my joints and muscles got

Two weeks on
So I have been taking the trametinib for two weeks now and I thought I would post a little update. The first couple of days I felt really sick shortly after taking it. I have to take it at the same time every day on an empty stomach with a full glass of water. The sickness has settled down but I have
