Eustachian Tube Disorder and tinnitus
Really hoping someone can give me some kind of hope on here as I’m getting myself very upset and stressed (I know I shouldn’t as that can make it worse but it’s hard!) Some background info: I got very low level T a year ago from tonsil stones/swollen tonsils. Had tonsils out in July with complications

rna cells and bronchiectasis
Hi. Check out Science daily. There is an article on lung disease. Cant pretend to understand it completely but here goes. Researchers have found a way to deliver rna (this is a form of dna in mitachondrial cells) anyway, this rna can deliver certain proteins to the lungs which help the lung cells to

Hyperacusis! And it's getting worse! Help me and give me some advice!
Hi, I am 16, and I have Hyperacusis , I am not sure when I got it, but I reckon it was about 6 months ago, I used to listen to music a lot, 1-2 hours a day at least. I think the cause if my Hyperacusis is because of exposed to loud noise in a long time, my Hyperacusis was fine at the start, it wasent

High LDH
Hi all, I’m trying not to freak out on this Christmas Eve. I have Myelofibrisis for the last 5 years. I’m on wait and watch with aspirin. I just had labs done which show my LDH is 2450. I see on previous labs 2 years ago it was 780. From what I’m reading that sounds like leukemia. Does anyone have it

A Time to Reflect & Be Grateful For What You Have (and Have Had)
Hi Everybody, Just thought I would drop you all a quick line, as its been a while. I personally find Christmas the most difficult time of year. Its a time to reflect on the year, and with great anxious anticipation, desperately wonder what next year has lined up for us. Its been a bump ol' ride of late

Martin's first TRP administration!.
Thank you for all your feedback on the TRP ring relief, I put the drops into my husband's ears on his wishes, 3 in each ear. I will repeat every day and see what happens. His T is worse than mine generally. He is 48 with no hearing loss or damage. He does work with power tools nearly everyday. As I'm

Esophageal dysmotility - failed esophageal manometry test - where do I go from here?
I am a 40 year old mother of 2 young children and have suffered from dysphagia since last year, starting with pill dysphagia in the last months of pregnancy, and then gradually to solids which became acute in September 2018. I am obese, although have lost 12 kgs in the last 2.5 months due to not eating

Constantly freezing cold
My mum diagnosed 12 months ago with CBD..she is constantly freezing cold..heating on full blast in the house and an electric fire beside her...her right "alien" hand is like ice block and blue in colour...she wears a warm glove in doors and a padded jacket...is this all normal for CBD

EGPA/CSS with Thymoma
HI all, One of my early CTs soon after diagnosis of EGPA/Churg-Strauss Syndrome was of the chest, to look at lungs, as I also had breathing problems (asthma, pneumonia). The radiologist report included a finding of a mediastinal mass - it appeared to be encapsulated and wrapped around my thymus. Thymoma

exercise-induced laryngeal obstruction (EILO), has been shown to improve
For those people who have asthma symptoms whose doctors can’t seem to help , read up on exercise induced laryngeal obstruction. Dr Hull at the Royal Brompton is an expert on the subject. I was reading an article about it and he was saying that’s it very common that people go u diagnosed for years and

CBD
Sadly my wife was diagnosed with CBD few months ago. My wife & I attended the family & friends conference in Windsor. At this meeting there were 4 people with CBD. I spoke a male who had CBD at the break from Thornton in Somerset, at the time I didn't think to ask him his name or details, now I would

IBS
I've suffered from IBS diarrhea since I was 12 years old and have seen at least 10 specialists, I'm 55 now, all saying the same thing. Don't know what it is. But not before they all ran the same test, Barrium enumums small bowel biopsies, barium swallow, and of course the tube up my ass!. It wasn't
