weight loss and heart meds
hey all. just wondering if anyone has managed to lose any weight being on a cocktail of heart medication. I eat well with the odd treat, I walk a fair bit and have 2 young children that keep me busy. I have tried different types of exercise but due to my heart I really struggle. I take bisoprolol

Looking for advice, please.
Since around the middle of last year, I have noticed some of these symptoms start and others get worse:
Weight
loss
(now just over 2st) Episodes of sudden thirst Thrush (only ever had this when pregnant) Periods gone from clockwork 28/29 to every 19/20/20 days Either full of energy or absolutely shattered

h.pylori and blood results
The high bloods,
weight
loss
and constant fever are pointing to much scarier stuff. I feel so upset and sick as I’d been following the diet to heal my tummy and it had started feeling better.

Good Afternoon, joined the drink free community today- aim to minimise my alcohol intake radically to support my weight loss journey.
Stocked up on Nozeco and nice alcohol free beverages in the fridge. Love Prosecco, but when a bottle appears I can’t seem to stick to only having one glass!!! My husband has had some health problems recently so want to support his recovery. And as it’s Lent im also giving up chocolate and coffee

Thyroid Problem journey and arm implant
For almost 5 months I was still okay, fluctuating
weight
loss
and gain, insomia, too much headache every now and then, depression and anxiety which can be post partum side effect?. But then, for the past 6 months, I have been struggling with my weight gain.

AF and IBS
I've suffered with IBS for over 10 years, recently had endoscopic tests because of
weight
loss
..... all clear. I'm posting to ask if any of you with AF and IBS have been offered amatripoline. Has it affected your AF as pharmacist says it can. Hence I am unsure. Thank you.Pat

Update
My guess is that the pyridoxine, pyridoxal HCL, and pyridoxine were taken for
weight
loss
and 500mg doses were being sold. Note: I and no one else has any idea of the effect of my current protocol of someone just diagnosed with B12 deficiency.

Helpful hints?
I am drawn to keto and intermittent fasting, but will read anything that pertains to
weight
loss
. I hear a lot about ACV and have seen a few interesting drink recipes. Any recommendations?
