Has anyone got a similar result.. what best treatment did you opt for? It’s a desperate situation for us.. pls guide

We Were on acalaibrutinib + Venitoclax + Obinutuzumab but the protocol had to be halted due to low counts and series of episodes of weight loss since 2 months

The bone marrow biopsy was recently done showing 90% infiltration with CLL cells

please guide!
