Slight bleed
Hi all I'm 2 years post op (total hysterectomy, oopherectomy, oementum removal) and generally feel well with mobility, able to exercise, do yoga, dig the garden, etc. However, I've found that if I do anything that uses the muscles in the abdomen a lot I get a little blood and slight ache a few hours

Can adrenals heal?
I was diagnosed with Hashi's 15 years ago, I'm now 62 and retired. I'm also in stage 3 adrenal fatigue syndrome (virtually no cortisol in June 2016). I've been self-navigating for the past 6 months, and have seen a LITTLE improvement in the fatigue and depression. I am able to take care of myself and

Follow-up to second surgery
Hi all, Just a followup-I hope everyone is doing well as we move into the Holidays. Had my second surgery to remove more tissue and node biopsy. Nodes came back clean and my doctor was able to get a sufficient margin and didn't find any more invasive DC and only found another small area of DCIS (.05mm

Hi ladies, I'm 6 weeks post op after a laparoscopic hysterectomy + ovary removal. When is it ok to start driving again. Is it up to me when I get behind the wheel or do I have to wait for my follow up consultant appointment? Thanks x
