Timings for taking supplements
So from looking at previous posts, am I right in thinking: First thing - Levothyroxine With breakfast - b
vitamins
(start with b12 and a week later add b complex?) and vitamin d Four hours later - iron Also, do I need to take magnesium if I’m taking vitamin d?

My
vitamins
are all in good order (thanks to supplements and advice from this forum). B12 has increased +200 since Feb! The only one for concern is iron, which is 39 (low in range) so I’ve started taking an iron tablet.

Strange, possibly hopeful realisation
I tried a whole regime of
vitamins
, CBD and so on but eventually, there were too many for me to manage and I ended up with just fenbendazole and melatonin.

Parkinson's Link to Gut Bacteria Suggests Unexpected, Simple Treatment
While different groups of bacteria were involved in the different countries examined, they all influenced pathways that synthesize B
vitamins
in the body.

magnesium summary
I subscribe to Consumer Lab which looks at the science behind
vitamins
minerals etc.. it then tests these to see if the products are what they say they are. Hopefully you can open the link. It’s long but gives an understanding of magnesium and why we need it if our levels are low.

Vitamin B-Complex
I’m looking for the recent post by Esperanto re the various combinations of B
vitamins
that are available in Vitamin B-Complex supplements on the market. I obtain my B-Complex from BronsonVitamins.com and would like to get his assessment of the combination that I am taking (Item No. 1152-250).

Phosphoethanolamine
I notice that in addition to this phosphoethanolamine, the pills also contain some normal
vitamins
which I already take anyway.

Thyroid Lab Error
That raised alarm bells so I went to a private clinic to get full blood work (FT3, FT4,
vitamins
and minerals etc.). My TSH from that lab came back as 1.4 (which is more similar to where it has been in the past). That feels like way too big a change for two weeks? Right?

Had enough
I've tried oils, creams,
vitamins
. Only thing that seems to help is a electric massage wrap.

Recurring Cycle
For example, take brand new
vitamins
for health or other forms of experimenting with new things and then I'll slowly but surely revert back to my old ways. I won't even realize I have reverted back at times but I always do in everything I do.

Hashimotos and hair loss
How to convince GP to test for
vitamins
at this point of time? I do get a yearly blood test for everything, but that happens once a year, usually in November. Are there any peer reviewed studies which support the Hashimotos-
vitamins
connection?

HRT or not?
I’m currently taking 75mg of levo & a lot of other
vitamins
, but still feel tired in the afternoons. I usually need a 2 hour nap, but it’s difficult as I work full time. I should think many of you feel the same. I saw the endo at hospital who said my levels were fine & sent me away.

Hashimoto flare up
I also admit to not looking after my self over the last year in terms of not being strict with my
Vitamins
I took a blood test (medicheck) last week and the result came back showing very low Vitamin D and elevated FT3 levels (above medicheck range).

Medical Insurance coverage?
I was shocked when I sent in my claims to our Insurance company -when they “denied” the claim saying they do not cover any supplements or
vitamins
. 🤔 Hmm. So, this is frustrating and annoying. The cost of supplements that my Doctor has prescribed is significant.
