Vitamin B-Complex

I’m looking for the recent post by Esperanto re the various combinations of B vitamins that are available in Vitamin B-Complex supplements on the market.

I obtain my B-Complex from BronsonVitamins.com and would like to get his assessment of the combination that I am taking (Item No. 1152-250).

Hi Meramt, the Bronson B-complex is already included in the list. It seems to be a safe product considering the low dosages (with the exception of B1 & B2). However, it is better to choose vitamins with the bioactive form.
