Elevated Vitamin B 12

i am embarrassed to write this ,,,my bloods cam back after six months of Urso and my ALP went from 385 to 175, AST and ALT are now normal. I was so excited…..then i saw my Vitamin V 12 result. ULN here is 652…mine was 1101. I was taking a very high supplement of 10 000 mcg/day! I also eat a lot of b 12 foods. Do i need to avoid everything in order to bring it down? Will it affect me in any way? What a roller coaster of emotions you get from this disease! I certainly will NOT take another supplement other than Calcium with vitamin D!

Can anyone ease my mind?

Thank you!

Why were you taking B12 supplements? You obviously don't need them!

I’m sorry, Debbie, I didn’t realize. However, i am no longer taking them, and was advised to just discontinue them and not to worry, thank goodness.

Not judging you, just wondering if you had been advised to take them. Your diet is obviously excellent, so one less thing to worry about! 👍😄
