Iron: Normal range: 50 - 212 mcg/dL 101

TIBC: Normal range: 228 - 428 mcg/dL 314

% Percent Saturation: Normal range: 20 - 50 % 32

Ferritin: Normal range: 35 - 463 ng/mL Feb 2023 144 May 2024 151

B12: Normal, if on the low side, range: 232-946 356

Vitamin D, pill everyday is normal. The sunshine is coming soon to the Pacific NW. I miss New Mexico.

We got off a routine of monthly injections and just now returned, once a month for the last two months and now for June as well. Perhaps never letting the B12 number drop too low will be the answer. Along with the most deliberate and effective diet I can consume.

Well I think I have ferritin envy! I'm looking into Creatine supplementation after reading Technoid 's posts. I think this may be another missing piece of the jigsaw moving forwards if I want to maintain my physical lifestyle. Perhaps you might feel a benefit from this too?

Good luck with it all. 😊
