Your Free Ts are still too low, explains the symptoms.
If I’m piecing it together properly, you’ve been in 50 for at least 4 weeks if not a few more than that?
In the past 4 weeks your dose has settled to show small improvements in the right direction for TSH, T4 and T3.
But likely time for an increase to either 62.5 and/ or to 75 mcgs for your next 6-8 weeks.
Vitamins look awesome on the surface, although others might note further optimization would help, but you do need an iron panel to make sure the high ferritin isn’t correlated to high iron, which I think was recommended previously.
I haven’t read past posts in detail so might be missing something.
Have taken Levo on and off for the last couple of years and started back on 50 continuously since May 2023.
I started an AIP program September 2023 and still following the diet although I am feeling a bit better eating this way I am concerned that my weight has went down to 7 stone, so a bit reluctant to increase Levo, as I had quite severe heart thumping out my chest and AFs last time I increased.
I am in contact with a private thyroid specialist on the TUK recommended list and will be sending these results so hopefully I can get started on a trial of T3.
I have Dr appointment end of Feb to ask for the Iron Panel. I do eat a lot of liver and meat.
Also - heart thumping out of chest can be due to too little Levo, too much Levo, adding T3, and probably other things too. The AF (a fib?) connection is up for much debate on this forum but I’m not knowledgeable on it other than to know many find it a red herring.
Well done with the meat and liver! It’s what all us anemic folks strive for : ) I’ve recently learned that you shouldn’t eat liver more than one or two servings a week max due to Vitamin A toxicity in our own liver, especially given daily values, half life’s and equally important other sources of Vit A in our diet. Just a thought.
If I read correctly you trialled 75mcg levo about three years ago?I think you need to increase to this dose again.Your numbers are far too low ,T4 55% and T3 only 8%.You mention a lot of similar symptoms I had when my T3 was low like bloating and brain fog.I had to add a little T3 as my T4 was almost over range but T3 wouldn’t budge. In a previous post you asked about adding T3 but you are still basically on starter dose of levo. You will probably end up needing 100-125 in time.
I think your problem is too low T3. T4 is ok especially as you didn’t take T4 medication prior to test for 24hrs. As soon as you start take T4 med the level will shoot up. I always have my tests ‘with’ taking taking prior as how can you tell how high it goes. I also do without testing to check it’s not too low. Your TSH is good so you’re not over medicated. But your T3 is very low. High T4 and low T3 results indicate you’re a poor converter. I think you’ll feel benefit from adding T3 liothyronine to your daily routine. Vitamins looking good. Cortisol looks too high, why this would be I’m not sure? Have you been ill lately or stressed out.
In contact now with a Thyroid specialist and hoping to get started on T3 trial.
I think I have broken a toe and had slept in prior to my bloods being taken and was a bit stressed trying to get there in time don't know if that would raise Cortisol 🤔
Not sure if that would send cortisol that high. I’ve had too low cortisol not too high. Maybe ask your thyroid specialist, they should also have knowledge of adrenals and acth.
