blood test-nutrients advice
Doctor dismissed
vitamin
D
but I decided to immediately start supplementing 4000UI, my aim is to get levels up to 60-80 range. I will retest privately next year if need be. My questions are regarding B12, iron and folate.

Help with results
TSH 2.58 (0.27-4.20) T4 18 (10.50-24.50) Serum ferritin 221 (30.00-400.00) The GP doesn't seem to have tested B12 and
vitamin
D
so i will be requesting this. Is there anything else they should test? Your help and input would be appreciated. Thanks, Alex

Lupus re-diagnosis UCTD
My GP has been asked to prescribe high dose
Vitamin
D
which after 5 weeks will reduce but I have to remain on this supplement indefinitely. similarly folate is needed for 3 years then to be re-assessed. I am also told I am pre-diabetic and my GP should follow take the appropriate measures.

Blood results - Any Advice?
In October blood test my B12 was high (1284) and my
Vitamin
D
was 45.2 (I like the D to be higher in the 60's so I am taking a bit more D). The new Dr. did not feel it necessary to take my vitamin levels. Just told me to reduce my B12
vitamin
it's too high and said my
D
is good.
