I am not really sure where to begin, but I feel more overwhelmed and anxious than I have in years. I have been exercising constanly, eating nothing but vegetables, taking a whole cabinet of vitamins daily, and taking antideppressants, but its still not enough. New blood results, still feel rubbish
I had full TT in March, some tissue remaining. I started on 25mcg of Levothyroxine but felt awful so Endocrinologist has increased this to 50 mcg with added 10 mcg of t3. I still don’t feel great. I slept from 1 pm until 4 yesterday, unheard of for me, I am 64 and normally very active. I also have very

Adderall and sleepless nights
Someone mentioned that
Vitamin
C
(or acidic foods) might reduce the effectiveness of stimulants.... and maybe I could use this in the evening to help with sleep. Has anyone else come across this or had any experience? It seems related to Adderall being counteracted by acidification.

I need facts on nutrition, vitamins and supplements.
I am a 5 year survivor, currently in recurrence with a rising PSA. Doc has started me on Lupron and Enzalutamide. I’m interested in learning factual info on the effects of diet, nutrition, vitamins and supplements on PCa. I’ve read tons of theories. Where are the clinical reports? Thanks!

chatgpt and diet
today I’ve been having some fun with my friend chatty. He (she?) is always friendly, never judgemental and free with the advice😅. So I gave it a detailed list of a typical days diet for us with quantities of each ingredient, and asked for a breakdown of nutrients including main vitamins, minerals,

possibility of curing vertigo by living closer to sea level?
One of my PA symptoms is vertigo which is not helped by daily B12 injections and I have had PA 4 years now. Does anyone think no longer living at 2500m above sea level could help, like moving to the coast? Thanks, Miriam in Chiapas Mexico

Anyone suffer from extreme itchiness?
I'm going to the doc in a couple weeks and will ask about it because my feet are unbearably itchy/burning/static feeling. It comes and goes and no matter how much I itch it won't go away. Already done all the common treatments like lotion and antifungal creams without relief. Considered sock material

Aching burning legs with pa ?
I'm nearly 2 years into eod b12 (recently spaced to every 3 days after iron infusion in july) I had started to feel a bit better after the initial iron flu from the infusion, but one thing that has not improved in all this time is, any activity involving a lot of walking has me so tired and leaves me

Multi b vitamins
Also is it necessary to take a multi b vitamin? Some fb groups advocate this, but I only took it for a short time as I was worried about b6 toxicity, so many different views on this, but I would try this again if it helps
