One of my PA symptoms is vertigo which is not helped by daily B12 injections and I have had PA 4 years now. Does anyone think no longer living at 2500m above sea level could help, like moving to the coast? Thanks, Miriam in Chiapas Mexico

That's interesting 🤔 I imagine it coukd help.

It was a real challenge for me just staying on a hill recently.

Have you had vestibular physiotherapy?

I'm left with a vestibular disturbance.

A great improvement to the early days of b12 deficiency.

It takes alot of concentration to move differently and to change lifelong habits .

Perhaps stay at the coast and see how you are ?

I live in flat countryside .

I also had ear pressure checked and hearing.

Hope you get improvements as very debilitating
