Hi all,

Follow up my previous posts which I've been seriously lost weights and I got worse...since then I've aimed to put weights before adding or switching to any new treatments otherwise they won't work..as I know my core strength is really poor so have to improve iron levels also vitamins first after significant terrible 10 kg weights lost👉44kg

Good that now raising to 47kg and feeling tiny bit better but all symptoms still there which is understandable following this updated blood test

T3 very low, T4 is high ..as usual

I've been taking levo 75 mcg still now and starting T3 trial now,

Should I reduce levo a little while adding T3 starting very low dose 2.5 mcg now

When was your last dose of Levo before this test? Recommended timing is 24hrs.

Your FT4 isn't very high at all. Its only 75% of the range.

Free T4 (fT4) 19.5 pmol/L (12 - 22) 75.0%

So there's no need to reduce Levo at all as adding T3 may reduce it slightly anyway.

My last dose levo 24h before test

Ok I'll carry on levo and just adding T3 to see how it goes.. thanks
