Low Estradiol and low Iron - is it Thyroid?

Hi all,

I have been on 2.375 grains of Armour and 2.5 T3 since May and my results are:

Ft4 33%

Ft3 75%

24 hours after meds since Armour is slower release.

I don't tolerate Armour in its own, tried everything from 3 to 2.25 grains.

Iron 49 (50-180)

Estradiol 12 (21-280) checked 4th day of cycle

FSH 7.6 (3-8)

LH 7.25 (1.4-9.6)

SHBG 62 (19-155)

Testosterone midrange

Glucose 98 (range up to 99)

Sodium 137 (136-145)

Potassium 4.2 (exactly midrange)

Blood cortisol 14 (3-19.6) 65%

Haemoglobin 15 (range up to 15.7)

Hematocrit 44.9%

Red blood cells 5.46 (range up to 5.22)

Vitamin B12, D, folate - optimal high in range

Ferritin- still not optimal, always around 25-30% range even though I'm supplementing with Floradix, Active Iron and Gentle Iron.

Symptoms: hair shedding, fatigue, low mood, libido issues, greasy skin, occasional palpitations, muscles twitches or numbness/tingling, sometimes blurry vision, feeling sweaty/hot and waking up sweaty.

I'm still waiting on results on ACTH and Aldosterone, and salivary cortisol

My estradiol and iron were fine in July and August and they dipped the last couple of weeks. Could thyroid meds drain iron and estradiol? I'm 39 yrs old, have periods, on average 25-26 day cycles.
