hi there, I posted in December to say my GP had reluctantly agreed an increase in my Levothyroxine from 50mcg to 75mcg following a blood test which showed: TSH 2.91 (0.35-5.5) T4 13.9 (10.5-21.0) He also requested some more blood tests and I asked for
vitamin

Peripheral neuropathy and neurology's response
I was diagnosed with
Vitamin
B12
deficiency in 2015 - I wasn't tested for PA. I have self-injected for 4 years (hydroxocobalamin) - and got my life back by injecting every other day (sometimes increasing to daily if unwell).

chatgpt and diet
It says we’re a bit short on
vitamin
d,
b12
, maybe calcium, a bit much saturated fat from my sample dinner which had coconut cream. It gave a list of substitutions and extra snacks along with advice not to eat protein with the levodopa.
