Omeprazole and Vit B12
Article reads: all people taking omeprazole need to either supplement with
vitamin
B12 or have their
vitamin
B12 status checked on
a
yearly basis. Even relatively small amounts of
vitamin
B12 such as 10–50 mcg per day, are likely to protect against drug induced vitamin depletion.

Vitamin B Complex
G'day everyone, hope you're all doing well I would appreciate your advice on the following question - I read somewhere that we should have
a
break from taking
vitamin
B complex, would this apply to us thyroid sufferers and if so, for how long?

question about vitamin levels
I’m Sorry if this is
a
stupid question, but I was wondering When our
vitamin
levels are at
a
good level , does that in turn make our thyroid levels mainly our TSH T3 T4 levels to rise when TSH is under range.

Vitamin
may be nothing more than
a
work around for not understanding that some organs can be deficient and the testing is inadequate to determine that and the only way is with a trial based on symptoms.

Vit K recommendation
Hi everyone, I'd like to get
a
Vitamin
K in soft gel (because I keep forgetting to take the drops!). Which ones do you recommend? I saw vitabay and vegavero mentioned on forum in older posts, but I can't find it anywhere on the internet. Links to where I can buy these would be helpful, too.

When I had my bloods done
a
few months ago my
vitamin
D amongst
a
few others were low so I've been supplementing however my Vit D is still low which is really bizarre seeing as I've been taking 3000iu every single day for the last 4 months, and the GP said himself that's too high a dose.
