After gall bladder surgery my Doctors in India recommended no vitamin supplements . Read somewhere about possible fat soluble Vitamin deficiency after gall bladder removal. Is it safe to take Vitamin D with Vit K2 as MK7 as a supplement ?. Is it true that Vitamin D , if taken alone would cause Calcium deposition in arteries ?. Looking for suggestions from experienced members.. How effective / scientific basis for Bile acid supplements ?

Dear KLPAN

This is a question that your own health care professional is best placed to answer, as only they have access to your medical records.

We suggest talking this through with your own doctor or health care professional in the first instance.

Best wishes
