pre workout supplements
Hi, wonder if any of you use a pre workout supplements and if its safe to do for us ? I am not very experience at the science behind it, but some supplements help to carry more oxygen through our RBC, promoting its production which I guess its not suitable for us ? Before and soon after I was diagnosed

Can a change in batch be the reason my thyroid hormones have dropped so low?
I was on 100mcg a day at the end of November and my results were TSH - 0.011 (0.27-4.2) Free T4 - 21.6 (12-22) (96%) Free T3 - 5.8 (3.1-6.8) ((73%) I thought the T4 was a bit high and I was having some mild palpitations so I reduced to 4 Days 75 mcg and 3 days 100mcg. After 7 weeks I retested

norehisterone to delay period & subsequent problems with ovulation?
Hi :) I wondered if anyone knows/ has experience with taking norehisterone to delay a period and then having irregular cycles/late ovulation ever since? I took it in August for a holiday (I didn’t want my holiday to be ruined) and it worked and I got my period 3 days after stopping use as the instructions

Suppliments and blood sugar
Does b complex cause a high a1c because of the b12? Any other vitamins to avoid with high blood sugar would be appreciated.

Advice on non-medication treatment of RLS required
It does seem, however, that I have developed an irritating skin rash which could be caused by the cobalt in the
vitamin
dose. :( ( I am allergic to nickel so this could be
a
similar reaction.)

Hi everyone ❤️ Just posting this, as some members who have been following my struggle with thyroid medication these past 4 years, I decided to discontinue the T4 teva, the silly endo put me back on after taking me off the t3 which was not working due to gastric issues, forgetting also that teva t4 did

anyone got experience of private Drs or this reaction to dropping meds?
TO UPDATE, I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH AN ENDO FROM THE LIST AND AS MY ENDO ALREADY PRESCRIBES T3 ONLY THERAPY FOR ME (long story) HE MADE IT CLEAR THAT I WAS ALREADY GETTING THE BEST I PROBABLY COULD OUT OF AN NHS GP. SO NO NEED TO PAY PRIVATELY. Depressing to know no more nuanced help from anyone, but

Endo finally tested FT3! Thoughts?
At my last endo appt early Dec, the consultant kept his same stance that my blood tests were all in range and my symptoms were all due to perimenopause. He said there was slight room for a small increase in levothyroxine so ive gone from 125x5/100x2 to 125x6 /100x1 and told me to speak to my gp and

Jaw clenching + Levothyroxine
Hi all, Apologies for the long post. I'd like some advice please regarding jaw clenching when on Levothyroxine. Does anyone else have this issue? I am currently on 87.5mic Teva levothyroxine. I have asked my pharmacy for a different brand to see if it helps, but they tell me that they can only get

3 am protocol for T3, please tell me about it?
Please could you tell me what I need to know about the 3 am protocol for T3? Does there need to be a gradual transition from split dosing? Anything else I should know? I have been on T3 only for some years and recently have been very tired and depressed, for me the usual symptoms of being hypo. T3

blood test results
I have been taking 2 grains a day and haven’t been feeling fatigued so I am happy on this dose. My only concern is that my vitamin levels have gone down and my TPOAb antibodies have gone up since my last blood test. I’m taking the same supplements and don’t think I’ve been doing anything differently
