Updated Results on Armour
I'm not taking any supplements right now, but sometimes, I take 10,000 IU of
vitamin
D, maybe two or three times
a
week. What do you think about these results? I'm thinking of adding 5 mcg of liothyronine I recently visited another doctor who did not recommend Armour.

is this subclinical hypothyroidism?
Hi, Any guidance would be much appreciated please… this is all new to me. I managed to persuade my GP that I have symptoms of hashimotos and to humour me a TSH test , T4 /T3 and anti TPO blood test was done. However the bloods were done at 10:30am, I’ve been having biotin in my multi vitamin and drank

Undiagnosed Hypothyroidism
I've been experiencing hypothyroid symptoms for a couple of years now. My TSH has been steadily creeping up, but so far has remained in the "normal" range when checked in my local surgery, around 3.4. I had some private tests done and my TSH was shown as 4.4 (June) and 5.9 (August). My second test

Help with test results including vitamins
I have just had test results from Blue Horizon including vitamins. I take 75 Levothyroxine and 10 t3 self sourced. Levo reduced by doctor due to suppressed TSH I persuaded her not to reduce again which she wanted to do by taking in last blood results with t4 and t3. I always felt well on 100 Levo and

Hoping for advice
I have a blood test at 9 am today and took my tablet at 5.45 am by mistake. If I refrain from breakfast, will this at least help or is there no point now and should I eat as normal? Also, what will it affect, the TSH, T3 or T4 or all of them? My GP doesn’t normally test like this (he added it on

Heart Attack- 1 year review of medication
Good Morning, It will be coming up to a year soon of having my HA & Stent fitting. I will get a review of all medication I currently take, I would like not to be on any! But I feel anxiety of coming off them and having another HA. I guess this is normal. I’m just looking for any advice or your experience

Nature provides B12 drops
I received these drops today (recommended by this helpful forum), which are high strength 3000 mcgs. The instructions state 12 drops per day to give you the correct dose of 3000 mcgs. Could I make sure that these are not too high for a first purchase of B12 vitamins as others seem lower in strength

Heart rate, swollen tongue, can’t sleep. Hypo with Levo.
Please can someone advise me? I’ve been here before and I’m scared to go back to my doctor because I’m reliving the same rodeo I took back in 2019 when my private endo told me to stop taking Levo. I now cannot go private through my healthcare as all they will pay for is to completely remove my thyroid

New prescription of ERFA with levo decrease
Hi everyone I've recently had my first consult with a recommended Endo on TUK list and also some people in my local thyroid group. Mostly good reviews but one person unhappy with him. He's putting me on NDT as says I'm not converting FT4 to FT3 as I suspected. So sorry its so long, I've tried to ask
