Interesting read.. my neuro tested me years ago and found I was deficient. I started taking supplements but it took quite a while to get my blood levels to even a low normal level. The nurse practitioner neuro who I sometimes see, wanted my “ numbers” to be higher on the normal range so I started taking 2000 mcg 2x per day. I thought it was really interesting that maybe my body is not absorbing it as much as I try to stick to a fairly low fat diet. Thanks for posting such an interesting topics..
