My calcium level appears low within bone profile blood tests. Are these an accurate representation I wonder?
I also take
vitamin
D 400mg and 300mg vit k2, and 600mg magnesium at
a
separate time from the calcium. My Parathyroid and all other bone profile test results say ok. Confused. . Need your thoughts please? Is there a reason why my blood tests are not reflecting the amount of calcium I ingest?

I was lucky enough to go and see a truly amazing doctor in the states (where the parents emigrated) who noticed I have
a
folate conversion problem, I was deficient in
vitamin
d and
a
few other issues which have since been adjusted.

Vitamin B1 overdose: typical symptoms and for how long?
Hi, I have just started on
vitamin
B1 therapy (sublingual) and I think I have had
a
case of overdoes . From folks who have tried the therapy first hand, would like to know what are the typical symptoms of overdoes they have seen and for how long they last after you have discontinued B1?

Tooth Extraction delayed because of risks while on Alendronic Acid
I’m taking high strength
Vitamin
D3 4000 and
Vitamin
K2 MK-7 200 3 times
a
week. Should I now take these daily? I also have 150 mls of Greek Yogurt per day. I am now on 7mg steroids daily, tapering slowly from 20mg when diagnosed with PMR May 2023.

TSAT low but Ferritin fine/maybe high
I took 50 mg of iron bisglycinate every other night with
vitamin
C. For
a
few months I didn't notice a difference, until I read here that it might be necessary to take something closer to 65 or even 75. So 2 months ago, I started the 75 mg of bisglycinate every other night.

Is this thyroid?
Vitamin
D was at 50 so I started
a
spray which caused same issue of shaking, blood pressure spiking etc. My consultant now wants to check my thyroid anti body levels and T3 just in case. I’m just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience or symptoms. Any suggestions or advise appreciated.

Morphea treatment - PUVA or triamcinolone injections?
hello, looking for a bit of advice as I was diagnosed with Morphea a few months ago. I’m under the care of dermatology department. It affects my whole left arm, part of my rib cage and some of my right arm. The worst area is around my left wrist where the skin is particularly tight around the joint

PCOS HASHIMOTOS FBC RESULTS ADVICE NEEDED
I have no energy, I'm taking iron plus from wild nutrition,
a
women's multi
vitamin
as well as an immune multi vitamin but my chest always feels heavy. I'm out of breath easily and I honestly couldn't exercise if I tried which is upsetting as I love it. I can't lose weight yet I'm eating well.

Seeking help...
Turned out it was
a
vitamin
D deficiency.
A
vitamin
D scrip and supplements fixed the problem. 2018: Fell out of tub on to butt. Three weeks later I start getting pins/needles in the feet (intermittent). This went away on its own after a while. In both of those cases I have EXTREME anxiety.

My results: TSH: 4.1 (0.3-4.4) T4 15.1(11-22) T3 wasn’t tested but is usually in
a
good range for thyroid.
