From GCA to Myasthenia Gravis
Had PMR since 2009 and treated for GCA from 2013 including negative TAB. Been on a pred roller coaster since with 3 or 4 episodes of double vision per year and pred up to 60 and then the long trip down only to go up again. In the first couple of years the high dose of pred resolved the double vision

Introduction
Hi, I was diagnosed with RA age 24, after a deep personal trauma and acute stress. However, I feel like I have always had symptoms since I was a child - I loved gymnastics and despite being a robust, healthy child, doing anything too extravagant always caused me pain (handstands). As a teenager, I

More new symptoms !
In addition to paralysis in left leg, lower back, buttock, she is experiencing dizziness, double
vision
, earache, difficulty swallowing, memory
loss
. Have other people noticed that after being diagnosed, there has been a continuing deterioration? If this happens, what is the likelihood of recovery?

Thank you for your input.
I take the supplement under my tongue so the large blood vessels there absorb it quickly. As to my stomach, that's most of my problem. I had 70%of my stomach removed 3yrs ago in a weight loss surgery. I don't know all of my levels of stuff but I will get with my Dr and find out.

Still here
I’m just checking I have reached 2 months smoke free. I am now starting all my doctor appts as a non smoker to see if any improvements will be made. So far my diabetes type 2 is better. They have taken me off some of the meds. My eye sight has improved just a little and next month is the lung scan

Is it something serious?
I've had recent "attacks" i guess where i had sudden
loss
of
vision
hearing ability to talk or stand resulting most times to slowly falling to the floor with a jerking seizure like movement with my body with sudden headache or pressure like feeling in my head.

New smoker free
Hi there 4 days smoke free using Champix. not sleeping well. Can I skip the night pill? does the night pill make the sleepless? I sleep 4 hours a day now. And not craving to smoke at all. Do i need to take other pills to support my body of nicotine? because someone has advised using inositol nicotinate

Cost of lifesaving heroin withdrawal drug soars by 700%
Possibly a bit off-topic, but it follows on from the Liothyronine (T3) extreme over-charging issue which still rumbles on. Looks to me as if this medicine cost issue is being exploited ruthlessly and systematically. [i]

I hate this disease.
Hi again I have written a few posts about blood results and symptom on what sort of thyrotoxicosos ( or however you spell it) I have. Right now I really don't care . NHS seem to really struggle with the symptoms and the diagnosis of our problems. I have had epilepsy for ten years and I promise you
