Newbi awaiting weight loss surgery looking for people in the same situation or already gone through surgery for tips and advice

Hi, I have been overweight most of my life and I’m awaiting bariactric surgery. Already lost almost 3 stone on my own and I’m currently on 1500 calls a day requested by the hospital. Finding it a bit hard as I have a very sweet tooth but I’m really determined to do this. I would love to chat to anyone who has been through the process of weight loss surgery or who is in the process like myself. All tips greatfully received ❤️

I don't know how much more weight you need to lose, but I lost 7 stone, by following a low carb diet, which also cured my sweet tooth. Maybe it could work for you too? healthunlocked.com/lchf-diet

I have about 7 stone to loose maybe 8. Already under the hospital for surgery and I have already lost 3 stone but now struggling but still sticking with it. Well done on your weight loss you must be very proud 👌

You have so little to lose now, why not try the low carb route, before going under the knife. It really does work and it's so easy!
