I’m just checking I have reached 2 months smoke free. I am now starting all my doctor appts as a non smoker to see if any improvements will be made. So far my diabetes type 2 is better. They have taken me off some of the meds. My eye sight has improved just a little and next month is the lung scan and the pulmonologist
