I take the supplement under my tongue so the large blood vessels there absorb it quickly. As to my stomach, that's most of my problem. I had 70%of my stomach removed 3yrs ago in a weight loss surgery. I don't know all of my levels of stuff but I will get with my Dr and find out.

Are you in the UK ? Treatment in U.K. for PA is B12 By injection . NOT SUB-LINGUAL TABLETS .They are much too unreliable. They do not work 100% Most of the B12 gets swallowed , and you cannot absorb it in your stomach . I know , I’ve tried it . Injections are the only way for you , honestly . You MUST insist on injections .If you search through the “pinned posts” on the right hand side ( do not appear on a smart phone )you will find the appropriate medical article that hopefully you can download , print out, and show to the doctor , that states the protocol exactly. Please look after yourself . Do NOT be fobbed off with sub-linguals . Your health is at stake .

I believe the pinned posts are down the bottom of the page if you are using a mobile.

However, I don't have a smart phone so can't confirm that :)
