NASH TO SIBO TO EARLY STAGE CIRROHSIS: Contradictory dietary plans?
NASH and SIBO to Early Stage Cirrohsis; Small Intestine Bacteria Overgrowth (SIBO) transports excess destructive bacteria to the liver. I am in Seattle and totally unable to find a gastro or hepatology or primary who understands the relationship of these diseases. To complicate this more, several years

Being eligible for benefits
I’m still in pain and still have no use for my right eye my left eye has a
loss
of field of
vision
. I’m not blind yet but my sight is severely impaired I would like to know what constitutes sight impaired to the government and whether I can claim anything.

Does every treatment have a price?
About 6 months ago, I had to switch from Ibrutinib to Alcalabrutinib (Calquence) due to severe side effects (mainly
loss
of hearing,
vision
problems, some digestive issues) which fortunately subsided right after I discontinued Ibrutinib.

Enlarged dilated pupils
Had a very scary episode yesterday two hours after taking my meds (1/2 senemit and eighth of tsp 99% mucuna) Started with blurred vision like there was grey smoke in the room. My pupils dilated so large as if I was a junkie. This lasted for about 4 hrs. Felt otherwise normal (apart from freaking out

Did Anyone With Diagnosed Pernicious Anaemia or B12 Deficiency have rapid weight gain before the deficiency was found?
At first , I thought that the increase in slurred speak , blurred
vision
,tremors , tachycardia ( palpitations,chest pain , numbness and
loss
of body control was happening because my Dysautonomia was flaring.

IBS/WEIGHT LOSS
I suffer from IBS and have also gained weight during lock down. I am looking for a dietitian to be able to set up a weight loss diet plan to take into consideration the FODMAP diet and the foods that I like. Basically I want a tailored made weight loss diet plan. I don't know if I could get this through

Glaucoma and reading (screens and books) Help!!!
My question is: Could I save some
vision
(delay
vision
loss
) if I stop using computers? Can screens raise my IOP? Is reading books better than reading from a screen?

Visit to rheumy today re: vision loss GCA
I'd put so much deep thought into the decision of whether I should choose sight or steroids; I chose sight. Today I had my visit with the rheumatologist and brought in the tests from the ophthalmologist that showed the diminished sight over the last 60 days. Initially, my rheumatologist felt it 'unlikely
