Bupropion

Hi Jacki6, I quit two years ago using champix( that's what we call it ). I found that once I quit smoking I stopped sleeping good. I wake up off and on but just roll over and go back to sleep. I don't get up. I was having trouble going to sleep, I would lay there and it was like my brain would not shut down. I talked to my doctor about this and he suggested melatonin. I have been taking it and it helps. Good luck on your quit
Hi reader2019, thank you for the advice. I will try the melatonin.
Hi Jacki6, how are you doing? I believe that smoking sucks the life out of us. I noticed, not long after I quit, that I had way more energy. When I smoked I use to nap in the afternoon. I haven't napped in over two years. Also wonder if that is why we have trouble sleeping at night. I didn't mention that melatonin is a supplement and that my Doctor said he would give me a prescription for sleeping pills if that didn't work. So far I have been managing.
