Hey everyone, keen to hear what you all experience when ovulating. I have stage 4 DIE, was on the pill from around June 18 to Jan 19, had an op to remove left tube and drain endometriomas, did prostap for 5 months then had another op to cut away the cyst sacks and went back on pill until June this year

Treatment for dry, peeling lips
What do you use for Sjogrens dry, peeling lips? I have had lupus for 30 years, and a variety of dry eye and salivary gland issues, that have at times been severe. Been treated for both. Also have dry sinus, and sleep apnea. Even if I use items to prevent mouth breathing during sleeps, lips still

It must be good to get at least 5 hours sleep!
I have a few health issues and take medication daily but its the lack of a full night's sleep which doesn't help. When I go to bed I have no trouble falling over to sleep but wake up after 20 - 45 minutes often due to jumping legs but not always. I get up and make numerous cups of tea and fill yet

Hi Just wondering as a "newbie" I keep hearing from friends who have my best interests at heart ( I think ! ) On hearing of my new diagnosis of RA consistently ask " have you tried Cod liver oil". Anyone experience clotting with mirena?
I had the Mirena fitted in Jan whilst on prostap. My last 3 month Prostap injection was in March. Around mid-October I started with lower back pain and spotting which I guess was the mirena working /Prostap wearing off. I’ve now been bleeding for 11 days and have started clotting which I did regularly

Advice wanted on supplements to take to try and manage osteoporosis the natural way
I have osteoporosis and don't want to take medication and want to go the natural route to stop bone loss/ possibly increase it slightly. I am trying to sort out what supplements to take, and am getting confused. A definite bit of advice coming through it to take organic calcium, eg Algecal. This

I was 54 when it first hit from nowhere. I was in absolute agony and nobody got it. I struggled with the idea of PMR at my age and simply couldn’t bear the idea of it. Steroids just seemed such a big leap and I tried everything high mg slow release ibruprofen, turmeric, heated pads, you name it. I bought

can i take glucosamine chondroitin with turmeric plus msm with the prednisone and the usual calcium ,vitamin d etc.
Im doing well on my tapering. Just starting down to 6mg prednisone for my PMR. My daughter likes to do natural suppliments and just gave me a large jar of this stuff. I also take fish oil regularly and she gave me jar of Krill oil to use instead. Thoughts on this ?

Lap with general gynae found no endo, should I pay for a second opinion with endo specialist?
Hi, sorry for long post, going into detail in the hope someone recognises symptoms. I have had pelvic pain most days for around five years. Mar 2019 I had a laparoscopy to look for endo. None was found but they did find adhesions around my bowel and appendix. I was referred to the surgical team but they
