Prostap and HRT
Hi everyone, I'm new so sorry if this has been done to the death but I couldn't quite find a relevant post from recently. I've had endo for a long time and had the various hormone pills, coils, laproscopy surgeries etc. but they've never helped. My consultant has now started me on the Gnrh Prostap injection

I can’t go on
Hello. I am a 49 year old woman. I have suffered with Restless leg then home for over eight years. Up until two years ago it was tolerable. If I missed a night or two of sleep I could still function because it didn’t happen every night And I could catch up on my sleep here and there. At this point

Oh insomnia, please leave.
Seriously though, I swear this condition has a mind of it's own. "Sleeping like a log for a week? Here let me wake you up at 1 in the morning and make obsess over whether or not it's too soon to use lavender oil again." Or "going to bed early to compensate for me. Haha, you're not actually going to sleep

Hysterectomy at 38
Hi there, I’m new to this so forgive me! I’ve had endometriosis probably since I started my periods at 13. I was put on the pill at 18 for “heavy periods”. At 28 I came off the pill and symptoms began in earnest. Eventually I had a laparoscopy to diagnose it but no treatment was offered. I did a gluten

Carrying medication n 'Hold' or 'Hand' luggage.
All you jetsetters...for medication do you suggest 'Hold' or 'Hand'? Meds not needed throughout the journey from A to B, only during our holiday stay and all are oral. Ok the list is: Methotrexate, Folic Acid, Hydroxychloroquine Sulphate, Ferrous Fumerate, Tranexamic Acid, Liquifilm Artificial Tears

Fully emptying bowel and toilet training
Hi, I would be so grateful to anyone with any advice on the below. My son is 3 years 3 months old. He suffers from multiple food allergies and about 3 months ago we finally got his issue diagnosed of stool withholding. I kept thinking it was his diet but his stools were often soft. He definitely suffered

Beneficial supplements?
I was diagnosed with advanced PC with several mets to the pelvic bone, in June 2018. So far, in my short experiences with doctors, they are concerned generally about supplements that may negatively interact with my new hormone therapy (Elligard with Zytiga+prednisone). I have been on this therapy for

How to reduce reduce wrinkles and fine lines?
Use Aloe vera. It contains malic acid, which can reduce wrinkles, fine lines and can also improve skin’s elasticity. It also boosts collagen production and minimizes skin pores, for a youthful appearance. There are many super effective anti aging home remedies and Aloe vera is one of them.

Prostap before hysterectomy
I’m booked for my hysterectomy in August. I have had the 2nd prostap injection which should last for about 3 months. I’m having some bleeding and clotting at the moment. I feel so drained and low and fat! I’m not eating more than usual but I’m so bloated. Is this normal? Thanks

RELIEF FOUND
Hi everyone, This is my own case story. I amazingly found relief to my pain, but have fewer medical problems than many of the people on this site: I am 44 years of age, have always had excruciating periods since the age of 12 years (more painful than labor contractions), and have been through 2 c-sections

Both of my sons and 4 of my sisters have been diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder and are all on warfarin. I have never been tested for this missing factor 5 but take turmeric, fish oil and vitamin C to prevent clotting. I am 60 years old and have never had a blood clot. I put my health in God's
