Covid and Pfizer: What has Israel discovered so far?
A February study showed that people who received the Pfizer
vaccination
were significantly less likely to “shed” or transmit virus particles that may be in their nose or throat.

Covid-19 vaccination and bone marrow
I have seen a lot of reporting on this site that after
vaccination
many do not have the antibodies they may expect to have. Interestingly - I just fell across this graph showing that lipid concentrations were increased in the bone marrow after
vaccination
.

Covid positive, fooled by cold symptoms (just forwarding information)
Good day to all, I’d just like to put some information here. I’m double vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine. I have Nplate treatment every week so I’m tested regularly for covid. Wednesday 25th Aug I had a covid test, didn’t have any notification of a problem. I had my treatment on the Friday(27th) Saturday

Covid vaccine during pregnancy
If you have good experience with
vaccination
during pregnancy and more importantly already delivered a healthy child after
vaccination
, I would very much appreciate your response to this post.

Flu, Whooping Cough & Covid Vaccines
Hi All, I'm 21 weeks pregnant with my first baby. After 4 rounds of IVF and 4 miscarriages, one of which was my baby's twin, I am overly cautious about the decisions I make during my pregnancy and am after some advice/reassurance please. I haven't had any vaccinations during my pregnancy yet and know

Article on Risk associated with AZ vaccine
Last week I had my second AZ
vaccination
happily as my Haematologist said better in the arm than in the bottle. Reading today people will choose not to have second AZ
vaccination
therefore making first shot ineffective.

Going on four days, thoughts and prayers appreciated
Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I've seemed to narrow down the reoccurring headache behind my eyes to caffeine withdrawal and cheek jaw pain in gone. Yay! However, i woke up this morning with agonizing lower back pain and lower right side pain and middle stomach pain. I hadn’t had a bowel

Second AZ vaccine and little side effects!
For me the first AZ
vaccination
caused many side effects plus worsening of ataxia symptoms. Some of you may have read my previous post on this issue. BUT the second
vaccination
was totally different. None of the headaches, nausea, aching, chills etc. But it still made my ataxia symptoms worse.

Mixed Oxford/Pfizer vaccine schedules generate robust immune response against COVID-19, finds Oxford-led study
The issue of our vulnerability despite
vaccination
still persists of course and that is no different to any other
vaccination
or infection we have. However, anything that improves herd immunity is also good for us and this sounds like good news in boosting that immunity.

Effectiveness of vaccination for people on steroids
Okay so I’m sure we are all wondering and no professional has yet been able to give me a semi confident answer. Has anybody had an anti bodies test to see if the vaccine has given them any protection against the dreaded COVID-19? It’s getting more worrying now with the latest government plans

COVID vaccines put your immunity where your mouth is
While stories about the delta variant flood the news, there may be some measure of relief in these tense times – at least for the vaccinated. A plethora of antibody in the nose and mouth, entry points for SARS-CoV-2, offers “good news” for the sites of immune protection in a vaccine, according to Ross

Hi there, Wondering if anyone can give some advice on how best to tackle a proctitis flare up. There is lots of info online but being a CKD-er (Chronic Kidney Disease) I've found great advice from those living with the condition on HealthUnlocked. Brief(ish!) history 57 year old male. Had my first

Does this sound like a lupus flare?
Hello, Community. I recognise that my question may seem absurd, on this forum but my diagnosis of lupus, made in 2011 or so, was on the basis of blood tests and a persistent hip joint inflammation. I was prescribed Hydroxychloroqine and Losartan (for my life-long Raynaud's) and carried on with my life
