Can anyone tell me if you can have the RSV vaccination with AIH/PBC crossover? Thanks in anticipation!

I do qualify and was able to pick up a box of tests at our local vaccination site (the golf course) this morning. There was a list of conditions for which tests could be obtained. So it may be worth seeing if tests are available at your vaccination site too.

My husband has CBD and has just had a message from the surgey to book an RSV Vaccination. He often has a bad reaction to medication and vaccines - especially the Covid jab - so he's not sure whether to have it or not. Has anyone else had the RSV Vaccination? Did you have any side effects?

In November 2024, the JCVI recommended that the Government consider expanding the shingles vaccination programme to include individuals ages 80 and over. The Government will review this advice when setting vaccination policies in due course.

Currently having a ding dong about getting vaccination with PCV13 as they either just can't read the small print of the footnotes in the vaccination schedule that says "any age severely immunocompromised" or don't place me in that category.

My haematologist in uk is recommending I continue to have the Covid vaccination. what’s the wider view on this please. I have PV and on Rux for the last 12 months Thanks.

Hello, has anyone any information for Thyroid patients in relation to the TSV and a rare side effect causing Guillain- Barré Syndrome, it’s just impossible to speak to a GP these days. A Pharmacist I consulted only checked similar online sites to ones I had already viewed.

I'm wondering if anyone else experienced an escalation in tremors after vaccination?

I have a COVID vaccination booked for tomorrow but am not certain whether to go ahead. I have recently received two 1mg doses of rituximab and am aware that vaccinations should be avoided close to receiving rituximab. I haven’t been able to get a response from the hospital where I’m treated.

I only ran once in one week and missed two runs because I was resting after the covid vaccination. Today is the second day after the flu vaccination and in a fortnight I have another vaccination, this time against whooping cough, tetanus and something else (I forgot what :-)).

I’ve been told that due to my RA (diagnosed Aug) that it is recommended to have the shingles vaccination. As it’s not a live vaccination, it is no longer mandatory to come of methotrexate. However it is recommended to come of 1 week before 1 week after.

not sure about that but my wife and a close friend of hers both have PSP and the only point of contact was that they both worked at a turkey farm when younger. Probably not the right answer for a physiotherapist but the best I can do good luck and love
