Chest tightness

Hi -

My doctor just upped my cytomel from 10 MCG to 15. I'm on 88 of tirosint. Lately I feel some things in my chest. If I do any sort of exertion I feel my chest get tighter. It's the feeling you get if you run really hard. Like you can't get enough air. It's scary.

Could it be meds or something else?
