Hey everyone! I just joined. I have been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, OCPD, Bipolar type 2, and ADHD.
I have been struggling with my mental health for most of my life but I have been able to control my symptoms until law school. That's when my life changed because I lost a dear friend to suicide. Since that time, my mental health became an ever-increasing burden in my life. My anxiety and depression got the best of me yesterday. As a result. I decided to take proactive steps to help better my situation because I am in the process of becoming a lawyer and I feel that the universe is wanting me to work on my mental health before I finally pass the bar and become a lawyer.

I’m sorry that things have gotten more difficult lately. It is probably a good thing if you take some time to work on feeling better. There are a lot of people in this group that have similar things they are diagnosed with, and I think it really helps to post here just to let things out that are bothering you. I have depression, anxiety, and PTSD that I’ve been struggling with most of my life too.
