Promising results with electromagnetic therapy (reported long ago)
In the nineties, Dr. Reuven Sandyk, a New York neurologist, reported incredible improvements with application of external weak electromagnetic currents in PWP. He is still in medical practice. Here is a compilation of his publications and a few others, along with relevant pubmed links: Weak magnetic

TMS for anxiety
Does any experimented the Transcranial magnetic stimulation for the treatment of anxiety disorders? Is my last hope, since medications are useless for me.

How Many Times a Week Should I Work Out if I'm Only Doing Two NHS Routines?
I'm hoping to start working out using the NHS 10 minute work outs (mainly because I can't afford to go to the gym), but aside from the warm ups and cool downs, I only plan to do the routines for Legs Bums and
Tums
and Cardio workouts. These two in mind, how often should I do them?

Only running once a week at the moment
I've changed my diet, I do a 15 min home legs, bums and
tums
workout every morning and attend a boxing and yoga or Pilates class once a week. So I’m assuming I’ll be okay to run once a week until I can manage to fit it in next week?!

Small fiber neuropathy and B12 deficiency
I’ve been managing fine with the occasional
Tums
, but now I’m having a sharp pain on my right side that I’ve had previously and was associated with gastritis. I’m hoping for answers from my doctors on how to manage it without causing issues elsewhere.

Has any try TMS. Short for, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, it's a medication free treatment, it has been around a few years, but only available private, at the moment, which is very expensive. Transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment uses a repetitive magnetic pulse activate or suppress the brain

Running rest day exercise advice please?
I really don’t want to overdo it like I did with a Legs, Bums and
Tums
class there which nearly broke me. It’s counterproductive if I can’t run the next day or two, and I’m still aching after a week which is affecting my running.

2nd 5k Parkrun, W9R1
I joined a gym and stupidly overdid it by trying a Legs, Bums and
Tums
class last Sunday and the day after my first parkrun and a night of drinking red wine. It is a killer!! All those squats and lunges with weights my legs went to jelly!

Very bad taste in my mouth
I’ve been managing it somewhat by watching diet, taking
Tums
, and eating dinner earlier, but now I’m experiencing a horrible taste in my mouth, especially in the mornings. It’s ruining my morning coffee!, one of the simple pleasures I look forward to every day.

Now going into clinical trials for specific types of cancer, Alpha Tau’s technology shows potential for treating any solid tumor.
Nalakrats posted about this company earlier this year. I wonder what the difference is between Radium 224, which Alpha Tau uses, vs. Radium 223, Xofigo? -or maybe they're using radium 224 instead of 223 due to patent issues?? I also recall seeing a clinical trial, I think in NY?, using Radium 223
