I'm on the nhs site to find the perfect exercise. But I'm not sure how to choose or what to choose. The toning workout firms bums abs and legs; legs, bums and tums work out also firms as well as tones; the firm butt work out tones aswell. So what's the difference between them.... nothing much from what I can see. Can any one help
