Only running once a week at the moment

I’m a university student which means I’m fitting C25K around lectures, seminars, meetings, societies and the usual shopping, cooking, cleaning and eating ect. I’m still on week one run three because I’ve only managed once a week so far. I've changed my diet, I do a 15 min home legs, bums and tums workout every morning and attend a boxing and yoga or Pilates class once a week. So I’m assuming I’ll be okay to run once a week until I can manage to fit it in next week?!

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

One run per week is going to maintain your current fitness level fairly well, but if you want to progress squeezing in at least one more run would make a world of difference.

Enjoy your journey.
