My wife's fear of cancer.
Usually manageable with
tums
. It's been 5 days she has no pain and it hasn't come back. She can eat and drink normal she's hasn't been eating as much as before because she's worried she's going to make it come back but she's been eating toast, pretzels, rice.

#WellnessWednesday What's the deal with TMS for OCD?
Hey everyone, If there's one thing we get a lot of questions about, it's TMS. YES! Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. If you haven't heard this term before, here is a quick explanation of what TMS is:
TMS is a non-invasive way of “stimulating” (or changing) activity in the brain using magnetic fields

Scared to death
Hi, I’m new here. I’m a 73 year old grandma with MDD and severe anxiety. I had both of these issues pretty well under control until Covid. I’m at high risk so have been isolated from family and friends for almost a year now. I’m at my wits end. The only thing that seems to work for my depression is

Provenge
Prior to leukapheresis, Jim was given 6 chewable
Tums
. Halfway through, he was given 4 more. Thirty minutes before infusion began, he was given Benadryl and 2 Tylenol. Jim said he felt a little weird, like his body was trying to fight something, but nothing major.

Reflux? Asthma? Apnea? Dust allergies?
Sometimes taking
tums
stops the pain I get in my chest and I have air filters everywhere. I can’t figure out what it is and wondering if it’s asthma and/or apnea, but I’m hoping it’s not. Basically it feels like electrical shocks to my chest and a rush of an adrenaline.

Beyond Graduation
I also do 3 workouts a week; one HIIT, a bodytone & a legs, bums &
tums
. I’m 56 and had never run before lockdown. The program was amazing and made me believe I could run and eventually come to enjoy it. It worked and today I’ve set another PB of 31m 57sec.
