Good start to the week
Today I have done the warm up, legs, bums and
tums
and cardio, those burpees are going to take a while to master though! I have also ran up and down the stairs 10 times and done 15 minutes on the exercise bike. I have had support from Poppy the dog, with licks and fanning from her tail lol.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation
Has anyone had the TMS treatment for depression? I'm curious to see what your results were and if you'd recommend it? I hope to be moving to this step sometime this year and am looking forward to it. I've heard really good things about it but would like to get a personal opinion from someone who's had

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)
Hello. I have been reading your posts for a long time since a dear friend of mine was diagnosed with this terrible disease. I just watched a video about the use of TMS therapy (a noninvasive procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain). It says that this therapy alleviates

Imagine yourself 6 months from now...
Whenever I feel like not doing my workout or eating my healthy meal I look at it, feel guilty, grab my bag and go to the 'legs, bums &
tums
' class that I hate so much but I know is the most efficient workout of the week. It will pay off, I know it will! Have a nice friday everyone! :)

Severe acid reflux
I have taken everything you can imagine, ppi, zantac,
tums
, if it's for heartburn I have tried it. The doctors even removed my gallbladder even though I knew it wasn't the issue but I was desperate for relief.

Comtan increasing off times
On another note related to off times: Has anyone tried taking
Tums
(antacid) to help with delayed stomach empyting and therefore getting delayed or reduced on time with sinemet? I take sinemet 5 times a day ER and IR 25/100 for a total of 10 per day.

* Update For Nausea At Night *
Instead, she set me up with an over-the-counter Omeprazole,
tums
, and MiraLax. She said to take one Omeprazole in the morning and take two
tums
before I go to bed. My mother, or I, put MiraLax into my water bottle for whenever I want to drink it.

Funny
When I got home she had left me a message on Twitter she had a class on leg, bums and
tums
was only 30min class perfect for me and she had booked me a place. I reminded her that morning had done 70min cardo weight session, I will be fine she said. Turned out to be 45min hard session.

Anyone deal with migraines ?
The pain was better within an hour but I had light sensitivity all day and the nausea went away for a couple hour after taking 2
tums
but it came back. I was prescribed an anti nausea medication. I felt super weird when I was out tonight.

Constant nausea with anxiety?
I've tried ginger, gravol,
tums
, pepto bismul, gingerale, crackers and nothing fully makes it go away. Can this really just be anxiety? I'm convinced there's something seriously physically wrong with me and I'm so scared, I'm only 16 :(

Pain
I never know when these " spells" will happen and I end up carrying
Tums
with me all the time. Have any of you ever had this happen to you?? I contacted my pharmacist to see what he thought since the doctors have kind of ignored me and they said it was due to taking prednisone for years.
