So I thought I'd share a little tip that helps me when I feel down & demotivated. I've changed the wallpaper on my phone to 'Imagine yourself 6 months from now. Don't stop it will be worth it'. Whenever I feel like not doing my workout or eating my healthy meal I look at it, feel guilty, grab my bag and go to the 'legs, bums & tums' class that I hate so much but I know is the most efficient workout of the week. It will pay off, I know it will! Have a nice friday everyone!

Good tip thanks! Im def not going to look like the model in the pic but i coukd be feeling alot healthier. ☺
Yup, I am far from that body as well but for some reason the message really resonates with me & motivates me. Now that it's been already 5 weeks since I started the NHS 12 week program I really don't want to give up. It's the first time when I actually managed to stick to a plan more than 2 weeks!
