If I touched a cold sore, then used the bathroom... can I have cold sores down there?
I'm sorry worried. I have a small cold sore on my lips. It's only been there for about two days... I'm wondering if after I touched the cold sore.... can I get "cold sores" down there?

Antihistamines and CLL?
I have been traveling for some time now and last week I caught a severe cold, the codral cold and flu tablets you normally get in Australia are not available here in Switzerland so I was reminded that antihistamines can really help, so I got these (1 a day type ) and the cold symptoms really cleared

Blisters and ulcers
I have had blisters on the back of my throat and tongue for 6 weeks now. So sore and I am so fed up with it. Went to dr about 5 weeks ago as I had been throwing up and had a sore throat he said it was a throat infection. He gave me antibiotics and melds for thrush on tongue. Week after I got a chest

IBS D and Piles
I wonder how many IBS D sufferers get bothered with Piles. Generally piles more associated with constipation, however, I have the D variety and have also suffered quite badly with Piles for approx. , the last 20 years. This just makes the whole episode of multiple BM's even worse. Recently ,

A flare-up or a bug?
I have "IBS" (personally I think its something more serious). I suffer everyday with diarrhea no matter what I eat, severe abdominal cramping and have had 8 anal fissures in the space of 2 months. Anyway, today I've had my usual diarrhea but its been literally coloured water and there's been fresh blood

and so it continues ...
I posted 2 months ago that taking a calcium supplement (for diagnosed osteopenia) had stopped my IBS-d completely. That is still the case, which is great. Whole new set of problems now. Anal fissure and piles. I suppose rectum didn't have anything solid in it for three years and its all to much for

Relieved, but still have a concern
After having a TURP in October the biopsy showed some PC. As I am in a fairly good state of health for a 70 year old it was totally unexpected and I was dumbfounded. Saw a second Urologist and was told my MRI and bone scans were clear and that my PSA was 0.3, Gleason score 7 and the stage was TB1.

Long term
Does anyone take Rayos for their maintenance of PRM? Also any thoughts on eating an anti- inflammatory diet. Trying to wade through all the info that I have found and come up with an eating plan that helps me to stay as pain free as possible. So far I've noticed that sugar and gluten are big triggers
