is not as graceful as it once was..I slip and slide and skid and bump into things even in the best of weather. My whitewall tyres are stained with varicose veins. It takes me hours to reach my maximum speed. My fuel rate burns inefficiently.

Just knowing it was right
Hi all, hope this finds you well :) I've had a bit of an epiphany today... yesterday was awful without a cigarette if I'm honest. That first drag when you're stressed, that feeling of satisfaction (imagined!) when you smoke a cigarette after a long day at work... when the kid is driving you nuts and

Opthalmology Appointment
Anyway, he did a scan of my eyes and found I have Vitreomacular
Traction
(VMT) in my left eye. I'm being referred to the eye surgeons, although there is a chance it might repair on its own. Stupidly I didn't ask the question of is this condition linked to PMR?

Wisdom tooth extraction
Had a wisdom tooth extracted 2 days ago and would expect some swelling but it's about 2" or 3" always from site. Could extraction (took him forever to get the tooth out) have affected lymph node in swelling area.....Cat

Tooth extraction.
Acouple of years ago I had a root canal on an infected tooth. Unfortunately it didn`t clear up the infection, & my dentist has told me there`s no option but to take the tooth out. I`m terrified of extractions, & don`t know how I`ll cope. I`m shaking with fear just thinking about it. There is the option

I have been having physio and

for the past few months. I have had pelvic radiation for Ovarian Cancer about four years prior to pain. I am wondering if this is adding to my problems.

Tooth extraction on Rivaroxaban - dentist won't do it!
Yesterday I went to my dentist with what I thought was a lost filling and was told sadly that I have an infected tooth and the options are extraction or root canal treatment which came as a horrible shock as that is the only top molar I have to chew on. As I am a very nervous patient and have to have

Tooth implant
Hi all. Wondered if anyone has had a tooth implant. I have Wegeners (GPA). I need a tooth extraction and considering an implant I just wondered if anyone knew if there were risk factors for someone with vasculitis. Any advice would be most welcome.

Tooth Extraction whilst in AF
Yet again I am having problems with my teeth! I am in AF and am due to have a tooth extracted tomorrow morning at 9 am. My dentist told me not to take my Apixaban tonight then to resume after the extraction. I am worried about this and am unsure what to do - am not keen on missing my Apixaban whilst

Tooth extraction
I have what my dentist called 'an extensive infection' beneath one of my lower back teeth. I was in a lot of discomfort last weekend but I've had 5 days of antibiotics and it is less painful. The dentist told me to think about whether I wanted root canal work or an extraction. He thought that root canal

Any experience with PED with vitreomacular traction?
I have been diagnosed with this condition in my left eye in addition to AMD in both eyes. At the FA I was told there was a slight leakage, but the consultant said there was no definite sign of leakage, I also found that too much attention had been given to my right eye and very little to the left which
