Pain in pelvic,spine& shoulder

Plus I néedo help.lower have had excruciating pain for 2 years and 10 months running in my upper left shoulder, spine line and unbearably pelvic (inside)

Been on different pain killers that relief for moments. Strong muscle spasms especially on waking up in the morning on my ties.

Wears support belt to be able to go on long distance, stand or lift. Done MI with physio as trepay. Had some reliefs but no traction equipment so stoppedon't...what next? GPS says I will be alright but how long?

Was even on wheel chair at a time.

Please help somebody.
