U can do same by lying flat on a table gradually pulling yourself forward till abdomen and chest are perpendicular to floor and arms touching. Try at your own risk. Gut-first theory of Parkinson's disease gains traction
The gut-first theory of Parkinson's, originally proposed 20 years ago, started to intrigue Sulzer after his own research pointed toward the role of an autoimmune response in Parkinson's. https://www.news-medical.net/news/20230822/Gut-first-theory-of-Parkinsons-disease-gains-traction.aspx

Can I change, improve?
I'm sure I'll doubt this, but I'll also keep practicing old and new things, and keep getting help, until I get

Traction bronchiectasis
Good evening! Can I ask, if all of the members here have their doctor who specializes in bronchiectasis? Thank you. I hope I get tips for you as my doctor is a polmunologist. I think its hard to acquire bronch specialist here in the Philippines. Thank you.

occipital neuralgia
I’ve had occipital neuralgia for 20 years, no accident, not sure how I got it, maybe thru
traction
for herniated discs n my neck. I’m 69 years old. The only thing that helps is ice and pain meds. Oh and ablation that I can’t get anymore due to insurance.

So at my quarterly oncologist visit last week, I learned for the first time that once you've suffered osteonecrosis of the jaw, it's much more likely to recur. Consequently, they probably won't restart my quarterly Xgeva (bisphosphenate) shot, so my osteopenia and crumbling spinal vertebrae will do what
