Wisdom tooth removal anxiety

I had my wisdom tooth out on wednesday, it ended up swelling up pretty bad. The majority of swelling has gone, and im on antibiotics as my dentist said it cpuld be infected. However i have this horrible hard lump on my cheek which is pretty big along my jaw and the site. It hurts alot to touch or to move my head and i cant even open my mouth alot.

Does anyone know if this is serious?

Don't worry, you just have to let it heal. If it's an abscess, the antibiotics will clear the pus out and it will heal. If you feel concerned don't be afraid to contact a Dr.
