Updates- š±š¤š¤Æš§
Hi Feel like the only ones that will understand are people who are the same as me. I previously posted that I had been listed for surgery as a priority 2. So I saw two consultants this week and was told that I havent been listed at all. š¤Æšµš¤ However both the consultants I have seen were brilliant

Knee surgery and PD meds??
Today I am seeing a surgeon about my bad knee. I am concerned that I will have to stop my Madapor before surgery, as it says on the packet. Is this true? I cannot imagine going without it - just the thought of that makes me anxious.

4th Open Heart Surgery - Valve Replacement
Hi! My dad is having to have his 4th OHS in the coming weeks and I'm feeling a bit scared and anxious about it all. His last one was only in July 2021 - they are replacing the same valve that was replaced last time plus another one. Does anyone have any experience of having 4 open heart surgeries? Many

hip replacement
How did you make the decision to have a replacement? I keep going between thinking that I need to have it as soon as possible and then I think no I will try everything else first. I can not walk more than 30 minutes without feeling pain (on a good day). I am on daily medication to help with the pain

Another useless Endo appointment - anti anxiety drugs are apparently the answer to chronic insomnia?!
Having waited a year for my follow up appointment, my t/con with the Endo was pointless. I have recently posted re 20 years of chronic insomnia, sorry Iām unsure how to tag that post. It included my blood test results. She claims waking at 1-2am is anxiety, and wants me to take anti anxiety drugs.

Problems with podiatry insoles?
Hi All, a few weeks ago I managed to get podiatrist appointment due to the problems with my left foot (painful metatarsals, collapsed arch and toes spreading, big toe joint fused). I was really grateful to have a thorough examination and come away with some insoles which I really hoped would help. I

next steps
hi, I have recently been diagnosed with grade 4 endo. I was today told even surgery wonāt help and even if choose it itās an 18 month wait and major surgery. One of the medical options is the analogue injections, potentially with hrt. Can anyone offer me any advice or experience from their own journeys

time to commit to something
Iāve been popping in & out of this forum for ages but have never got involved. I am on the waiting list for a revision hip replacement & my right hip is now giving me a lot of bother as well. I feel that losing weight would help a lot but I have tried so many plans & after a short time I give up. I

Money! money! money!
Spending too much while depressed. Spoke with mental health professionals. They came up with HRT. If balancing me would cause me to spend less would be great but I don't think it will serriousluy help. Stepping back a little - ie not spending right away but waiting alittle was a very good suggestion

First BFN today š¢ - trying to decide on back to back or a break.
Although I was expecting the news, it was heartbreaking to hear the words "I'm sorry..." and have our suspicions confirmed that there was failed implantation. We are now faced with making a decision in quick time as our Dr has signed us off to start our next Frozen cycle as soon as I have the withdrawal
