hormones
Any post-menopausal women out there? My symptoms of ADD -for me it’s really MDD motivation deficit disorder, have gotten much worse over the past couple of years. I am looking to go on Hormone Replacement Therapy- was wondering if anyone has experienced this and did it help?

RLS and HRT
I’ve always suffered mild rls in the evenings but some leg lifts and going to sleep stopped it , last few months it’s severe , I was up every half hour all last night walking the floors with restless legs , arms and stomach , my mind going haywire 🥴I think it could be linked to HRT and menopause but

Low iron test results and a way forward please
I had some blood tests recently and am wanting advice on a way forward, please. My serum iron level and my transferrin saturation index are both below the minimum level on the reference ranges. My serum ferritin is only just above the minimum on the reference range. I am struggling with symptoms I remember

Tired of being tired?
just need encouragement to get out of this downward cycle. I used to be quite active to keep my MS at bay (lots of intensive yoga, exercise at home...). I stopped for hip surgery and have not been able to get back to the workout routine. It has decreased my ability to fight MS fatigue for sure. This

I'm so frustrated with my GP!
As per the title really! I'm incredibly frustrated, and frankly angry, with the standard of care - or rather the lack thereof - that I've received from my local surgery. I initially went to the doctor 18 months or so ago complaining of feeling constantly exhausted, gaining weight, and struggling to

Anyone know anything about ferritin and trans ferritin saturation levels?
OK so I got some results back re iron and B12 and would so appreciate some expert understanding from anyone of you. I believe I might have lowish ferritin. It's 39ug but my transferritin saturation is 52%, which is high. How do I increase my iron levels if I need to, with high transferritin saturation

pacemaker and air pods
Does anyone have any experience with Apple Air Pods and their pacemaker. I’m going to have valve replacement surgery and my daughter thought they would be good for me. I was given Bluetooth ear phones before, to use with the TV but couldn’t use them, i kept getting static like noise through them, but

Help with iron results - follow up from 3 arrows nutra
Hi everyone, I did an iron panel and I’m quite amazed with my ferritin level. I have been lax with my iron supps since going to T3 only and thought I would definitely have ranked my previously low results. To my disbelief, my ferritin is the highest I’ve ever seen it! I was previously taking the 3 arrows

Bleeding on HRT
Have been on continuous combined HRT for about 3 years with no problems. (Had a fibroid removed in 2021).3 months ago the GP recommended I increase oestrogel pumps from x2 to x3 daily as I was complaining of fatigue. 5 days ago I started bleeding with period pain/cramps. GP advised I stop HRT and review
