Injection break
Has anyone taken a break from decapetyl. Been on for 18 months whilst on waiting list for a hysterectomy. Was thinking of taking a break as some horrid migraines with vomiting?

Natural remedies and food supplements
This is mainly a personal view of the usefulness of these for RLS, but is based on some reading. I hope it is a balanced view. Hopefully it offers some guidance for when you're choosing remedies. The 3 main things you should find out about when choosing a remedy. 1) EFFECTIVENESS : does it actually

Bowel glued together and severe stricture in colon.
I'm reaching out to ask about pain relief and help with debilitating bowel issues. My bowel is completely glued together with adhesions and I have significant narrowing of my colon. Here's my story ... I had a complete hysterectomy and ovaries removed about 13 years ago (age 36) due to stage 4 endometriosis

HRT - Gel or Patch?
Hi. I’m new to this Community but have been on the Endometriosis UK one since last year. Since having a hysterectomy, I’ve spoken briefly to a doctor about HRT. She gave me a link to do some research but I can’t find anything that has pros and cons of patches over gel - apart from keep the gel away from

Blood Test Results - Comments on levels please
Well I got my blood iron levels back today and I need a little help in understanding where they stand. 1. Serum Ferritin is 376ug/l. I believe this is acceptable as it seems the level for RLS should be above 250. 2. Serum Transferrin is 1.79 g/L. The Lab indicated that the normal range was 2-4. 3. Serum

Beginning the journey
Hi all, Apologies for the rambling of my first post but I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me please. I’ve always suffered from painful periods - to the point where I would vomit with the pain in my teenage years but once started on the pill (Loestrin 20) this became manageable and I’d take

Follow on from my previous post about not relying on Drs and diagnosis’s and suppressing your own endo!
Once again I will be in the hands of 3 surgeons, I am having a
total
hysterectomy
, both ovaries gone, part of my bowel, my one and only fallopian, cervix, possibly part of my vagina, I will be left with stents in both kidneys but first they will have to separate all my organs, remove thick dense adhesions
